• Certificates of incorporation, of good standing and of directors and officers.
• Articles of association and deeds of incorporation.
• Minutes and resolutions of the board or the general meeting.
• Annual accounts and audit reports.
• Administrative documentation for public tenders.

Foreign companies in Spain

To register a branch or subsidiary, obtain a Spanish tax ID (NIF) or bid for tenders in Spain, foreign documents must carry an apostille and an official translation into Spanish. Public tender specifications usually require that translation.

Sworn or official?

If the recipient is a registry, a court or a public authority, it will normally ask for a sworn translation. For banks, partners or clients an official (certified) translation, which is more affordable, is usually enough. If you are not sure, we will ask you before we start.
