- Documents you send us: solely to translate them and provide the services you request.
- Billing details: to issue invoices and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quote and order), and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing).
Recipients
The translators and suppliers involved in your order, bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements, and public authorities where required by law. We never sell or share your data.
Retention
We keep documents for as long as necessary to provide the service and handle any claims, and billing data for the periods required by law.
